Welcome to GLOW. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to GLOW, a business based in the United Kingdom. GLOW operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). GLOW is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is an error in its price or description. If we do, we will let you know and refund any payment you have made. Our products are sold for personal use only and not for commercial resale.

Our prices are set in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices shown in other currencies are converted for your convenience. Prices include any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties or customs fees, as explained in our Shipping Policy. Prices, discounts and promotions may change at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and are explained in our Shipping Policy. Your order becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.

GLOW is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with GLOW. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and GLOW, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with GLOW.

All personal information we collect through the Services is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 - REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
