Shipping policy

Shipping costs
We ship worldwide. Standard shipping is £4.99 per order. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery time
After dispatch, most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Delivery to some regions can take longer, and busy periods such as holidays may add a few days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you order more than one item, your items may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking
Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless shown at checkout, these charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us at the.glow@storedrvn.com with your order number (and photos for damaged items) and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the address if your order hasn't been dispatched yet.
